Question: Did i eat healthy today so far?
i woke up and jogged a half hour
breakfast: i light and fit yogurt with 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup multigrain cheerios, 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon chocolate peanut butter powder from PB2, and 9 almonds unsalted.
snack: apple
lunch: 1/2 cup egg beaters with 1/2 stick of weight watchers cheese stick, black olives and mushrooms on 1 slice whole wheat bread with a few carrots and cucumber slices
and a smoothie made of:
1/3 cup spinach, about 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
snack: 1 slice whole wheat bread with 1 tablespoon peanut butter, a drizzle of honey, a sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground cloves and 1/2 banana
dinner: im thinking either a vegan boca burger with other half of weight watchers cheese stick from earlier with no bun, and a salad or something else...? any ideas? i dont have much to work with..
i also did 20 minutes of wii zumba..
is this healthy?

That's excellent Ashley Lynn, I give you a ton of credit for watching your weight, most girls just abandon eating right and think they can lose weight. Just keep exercising, get your sleep, and keep eating right. Try to see how many calories you are supposed to consume. There are metabolic calculators online that you can calculate the amount of calories you should be getting each day. Just try to keep doing ab exercises and eating healthy. I'm sure you look absolutely beautiful, and I hope you reach your goal. Instead of wii zumba though, maybe go to the gym on a treadmill or elliptical. Watch some ab exercises. If you want to lose fat in the lower part of your abs (around the belly button and below), do leg lifts, reverse bicycles (push up position, bring one knee to opposite elbow, then the other knee to the opposite elbow in alternating fashion), and planks.

It sounds pretty healthy to me.
You do have to understand with a couple things that there is some extra crap in there:
-light and fit yogurt (not natural)
-cheerios
-possibly the peanut butter
It's not the end of the world but at least with these 3 foods there are added chemicals that aren't good for you.
But overall this sounds extremely healthy to me.
Hopefully you can keep motivated to do so well! Keep exercising and eating well! You're an inspiration to your friends.
everything looks good. i would use real eggs tho instead of egg beats, the yoke it were all the nutrients are at. i always eat brown organic eggs and i usually have 4-6 for breakfast with other foods and i dont have any cholesterol problems. and maybe a few more veggies and youll be set! keep it up! in the end it will be worth it.

Yes, you are eating ridiculously healthily. Just make sure you are getting enough calories to sustain yourself.
Sounds like it to me. I'm just glad that I'm 25 and I can still cram a extra large Peperoni pizza down my throat 5 times a week and still never gain a pound.
