does this sound like healthy eating?!
Question: Does this sound like healthy eating?
im trying to maintain my weight, but eat even more healthy than usual to lose a bit of my stomach before summer.
breakfast: 1/2 cup egg beaters with black olives, onions, mushrooms and a sprinkle of parm. cheese with 1 low fat wheat waffle spread with 1 teaspoon organic peanut butter with homemade hot cocoa (truvia, almond milk and unsweetened cocoa powder)
snack: apple, half a banana and 2 teaspoons organic peanut butter
for lunch i was thinking: 2 slices of whole wheat bread (100 cals each) with weight watchers cheese (100 calories) 1 boneless skinless chicken breast and some veggies all put in the pannini press...
and for dinner it would be what ever my boyfriends mom makes :/ which is probablly unhealthy :(
but i already ran 40 minutes...and ill do some toning exercises + maybe more tonight...
does this sound healthy?
what are some healthier lunch options maybe? no salads or soups please..im sick of them

Answers:
If you want to maintain your weight, eat about 5 or 6 SMALL meals a day,
You won't gain weight. To make your tummy smaller, do crunches!
They work wonders. :)
*Make sure you get all your food groups in daily!
sounds good
