Question: Is this enough food? Am I eating enough?

I'm 14 and eat two sandwiches for lunch and a light dinner. At the moment I want to pass out. I'm 5'4 and 98 pounds.. My dad never buys food, so basically I have to go without. I'm physically weak and emotionally weak. My dad doesn't understand how upsetting it is.

Am I eating enough? Is it healthy?
