Your weight is fine. Although it is supposed to be at the high end of normal it is still fine as you have gained some muscle weight.
Health and Fitness are ongoing things. At my age I've had a lot of experiences with crash weight loss and fitness programs. I have discovered that no single solution works for all the time for everybody. A program that focuses on long term weight control is the most realistic approach. The only web site I've found that seems to understand this is old crow ink. Try them. One of their programs might work for you.

Yes your weight is very much normal. According to BMI scales you are far away from either overweight or underweight. Don't worry about it.
If you're running track, you are in great shape.
A healthy weight would be about from 50-60 kg or about 110-120 pounds.
