Did I eat too much today? I am on a diet!?!


Question: Did I eat too much today? I am on a diet!?
Ok so here is what I have had today:
1 bowl of special k cereal w/ almond milk
1 medium bag of frozen fruit-140 cals
1 peach
1 handful of blueberries
about 6 servings of mixed nuts

I feel like I had too much food. I am going to run for about an hour on the treadmill later on. I use to be bullimic and have finally stopped the stupid cycle and I am so glad I did. Nuts use to be a trigger for me, and I would often throw them up, but I had enough will power to not do so. I am finally recovered, but I still want to lose weight. I am 16, 5'5, and 136. I want to get down to 125. Is this too much to have?

That is not to much food.

If you get below 1200 calories a day you can permanently slow down your metabolism and then you won't be able to eat anything without gaining weight.



Body fitness and weight control are lifetime investments. My spouse and I discovered a long time ago that there is no single program which works for everybody, all the time. A program that focuses on lifetime weight control is a much better approach. The only site we've found that seems to understand this is old crow ink. You might want to try them out and see if one of their solutions works for you.
