Question: How did i do on my diet today?
Todaay in total i ate:2 nutri-grain bars,some Doritos,and a 6 inch buffalo chicken sandwich from subway,howd i do?dId i eat too much?

It depends on what your personal goal is. I'd try to include more fruits and vegetables in your diet, but calorie-wise what you ate is probably okay.

the chicken sandwich and doritos don't sound too healthy. doritos should have been replaced with a piece of fruit and sandwich to a healthier option
