I'm 13, 5'5'' and 105 pounds!. My friends have been pressuring me about my weight!. I also calculated my BMI index thing!.!.!. and it says I'm underweight!.

To gain weight and be healthy you need to consume more calories every day from healthy foods (no junk food!) and choose the right types of exercise!.
Eat lean meats, fish, poultry, nuts, seeds and legumes!. Healthy carbohydrate sources include fruits, vegetables and whole grains - they are good source of proteins!.
For exercising do resistance training exercises such as lifting weights will help to increase your muscle size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

using your numbers puts you at about 40th percentile using the CDC's BMI -for -age growth chart!. this is a healthy weight!.
don't think high weight is the best strategy for sports!. speed, agility, and being able to think through your advantages versus your opponents disadvantages are the way to doing your best!. check your library for books with tips from other athletes on health, diet and winning!. and good luck!

Join a gym and start working out with weights to build muscle!. Or, you could do a sport you like!. Soccer, gymnastics, etc!. There are only two kinds of weight anyone can gain, muscle or fat!. So please don't choose fat, that is very unhealthy and will look terrible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eat 1800 calories a day of healthy foods!. Keep your exercise minimal (but do exercise) and you'll gain good weight!. Also eat protein rich foods that help you build muscle!. That way you can get the muscle without getting fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
