Question: Which machines at gym will tone my butt and legs!?
I want to get rid of some minor cellulite and tone up my legs!. Which machines do i use!? Please be specific because i dont know all the names of the machines yet!. thnx so muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Any of the cardio equipment!. (if treadmill, slower speed, high incline) Elliptical and cross trainer alternate between going forward, and backwards!. Weights: Squats, light weights, high reps!.!. Leg Curl, and Leg extension And the hip adductor/abductor (inner/outer thigh machine)
