im 14 and skinny i want to gain muscle fast but don't know which workout to do which out of the following 2 do you think is best

friday- legs + shoulders

First one is better!. Switching your workout each time and taking a day off in between workouts is the most effective and healthiest way to see results!. Also, if you want to gain weight, you need to make sure you eat more, specifically protein (ex: lean meats like chicken or turkey, or tuna) and good fats (ex: nuts or any food high in mono- and polyunsaturated fats and low in saturated fats)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should try to work out everyday but do different muscles each day!. Don't work the same muscles too much at a time because they will just expand but it won't build anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
