Protein powder and shakes?!


Question: Protein powder and shakes!?
i have started going to the gym and am now looking to buy some protien shakes,

u know the ones you see in chemists big plastics tubs of powder,

are they accually any good!. do they help you body build, are there any realy side affects, are they werth it !?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not through my own experience, I know people who have took them whilst doing weight training, they certainly enhance things if your stick thin, if your well built you probably won't notice!. However don't let it substitute for the exercise, protein shakes are nothing without the exercise that goes with, at least that's what I've gathered!. Longs you don't have them excessively you should be fine, might clog your system up a bit, but its worth buying them just to see if they work for you or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes protein is worth it!.!.!. as long you work out hard enough for it to give you its maximum effects!. No side effects!. It will also help you to recover faster and it helps you to lift more often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If I were you I would take whey protein shakes because it gives you better results and usually are a lot better than other protein shakes taste wise and health wise!. There usually is no side affects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just make sure you're getting plenty of exercise or you will get fat and swollen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
