How can I put on some muscle?!


Question: How can I put on some muscle!?
I am 13 Years old, I am 170cm (5 ft 4 in) and 48 kilograms (106 lbs)
I am skinny and i have no muscle, basically i am skin and bones!. I would like good arms at least a visible 4 pack and good legs!. What are some good exercise i can do!? I have no access to any gym equipment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah you don't wanna really start lifting until you're 15!. Beforehand, you can make yourself really fit by doing some situps and running!. Otherwise, putting on a lot of muscle at a young age can actually inhibit your growth later on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're too young to really be able to gain some mass because your metabolism is so high at your age!. I suggest waiting until you are older to try and game some mass!. I had the same problem at your age!. But i say just do some push-ups, running, and crunches to stay in shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rowing worked for me shaped my back, used to have round shoulders and now theyre broad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
