Nope, one orange has about 4% of the daily calcium that you should need!. Some orange juices however, have calcium added in so if you like orangey taste, you can buy that!. Other than that, I'd say stick with milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, not at all, but they are a great source of vitamin c!. Milk is a great source of calcium!. Or you could go into you local GNC and pick up a calcium supplement or a multiple vitamin!. All three are exellent sources of calcium!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
