Is this okay for each day? Will I loose weight?!


Question: Is this okay for each day!? Will I loose weight!?
Im 13, girl, 5'3 & weigh about 128-130!. Its making me mad- last year i weighed about 115!. My appetites always change at the worst moments!. & i want to loose some weight!.

Okay so will this be okay for each day (for eating;)

Breakfast: One bowl of koshi or special K cereal (its not the sugary kind) with skim milk

Lunch: Just drink water to hold me off until dinner; maybe a banana or Yoplait yogurt!.

Dinner: what ever my mom makes~ but eat more less

Drinks: water only & no snacks!.

But tomorrow, I will be having brunch at some place~ but besides then!.

Also every week I do yoga for about 40 minutes on monday night & Wednesday morning (tomorrow i will be going to this place to do yoga, too!. For about 40 minutes, and then we will have brunch)

I also plan to do some exercises daily- mainly trying to keep my heart pumping for awhile!.

Will i loose weight if i keep to this !?(I may be going to this place once every month to do yoga for 40 minutes -then brunch-+ the twice a week) If so do you have an estimate on how much, or how long it will take!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Don't try to skip lunch or you will probably end up not keeping your diet!. Instead eat some raw veggies and some whole grain bread plus the yogurt!.

When you are at brunch, load up on the fresh fruit, see if they can make an egg white omlette (with veggies!) for you and just pick 1 or 2 small treats!. If that's not an option eat some fruit before you go and just watch your portion sizes of anything unhealthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the breakfast cereal sounds good, but i'll be honest, i don't know what koshi is!. : )

I would think skipping lunch completely might mess up your metabolism, so eating some fruit or a salad with no dressing would probably be better for you than nothing!.

eating less is always a good idea!. once your stomach gets used to it, you'll get fuller faster, too!. as long as you feel ok every day, it should be fine!.

honestly, i have a massive sweet tooth, plus i LOVE pasta, so i gave up butter and mayo and lost some weight that way, while still being able to eat the foods that i love!. but whatever you do, don't starve yourself!. it is NOT worth it! Good Luck! : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
