Question: Is the treadmill good for looking thinner!?
I eat healthy and walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes 5 days of the week!. Is this going to help me look thinner!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest you try RUNNING on the treadmill, rather than just walking!.

I do a lot of interval training on the treadmill, about 5-6 times a week and it really does make a difference to your overall shape in a short time!.

Just to remind you that you cannot lose weight from a specific area!. So if you want a flatter belly, any high intensity cardio will help melt off the fat off your ENTIRE body, as well as your belly!.
