How can I do the splits?!
Question: How can I do the splits!?
Are there any exercises that will help me do it!? I don't really care which way I just want to be able to!. How long will it take also!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to do a straddle, which is the one where your legs are straight out at your sides, stretch ALOT!. and i dont mean 10 minutes!. If you dont stretch ALOT, you will pull a musle, and that doesnt feel good!. But just sit on your butt, put your legs out like on a wall, and push harder until it hurts to much to go any further!. If you have someone to help you, then sit up (back against the wall) with your legs spread, and get them tp push your legs out with their feet!. The more you stretch, the less it hurts, and the farther you go!. If you can at least get your legs lined up with your wall, then stand up, and slide down!. Toetouches work! Those help, too!. It depends on how flexible you on how long it takes!.

To increase flexibility you just need to practice stretching everyday, there's no faster way to do it!. Depending on how flexible you are now it may take some time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
