Squats- Holding the dumbbells to your chest, crouch down as low as you can and stand back up!. If it hurts to much go ahead and leave the dumbbells out until you have more strength!.
Lunges- Holding the dumbbells at your side, step forward with one leg and leave the other behind lowering you body as much as you can, alternate, making it somewhat of a walk!.
Calf stretches- Holding the dumbbells at your side, stand on your tip toes, bring your heel down, and repeat!.
Curl- Laying on a bench on your stomach, place a dumbbell between your feet holding it tight!. Curl your legs at the knee bringing the weight up!.
Leg Lifts- Lying on your back, lift your legs to a 45, and a 90 degree angle holding them for 10 seconds at each, bring them back down and repeat!.
I hope this is helpful!Www@Answer-Health@Com
