Question: If i walk for 90 minutes a day, and stick to the WW points plan, will i lose 2lb a week!?

One pound = 3000 calories!.
Two pounds= 6000 calories
Thus you need to lose 6000 calories A WEEK to lose 2lbs a week!.
And remember if your metabolism for example takes 1000 calories a day , then if you eat 750 a day that counts as burning 250 calories!
so i think 2 pounds a week is a bit steep but you can try and dont give up!
BTW try some pilates , and walking wont be much of a workout try jogging and then take breaks , most likley in the morning or night not miday!Www@Answer-Health@Com
