try what i used to do, i used to just sit in front of the AC or fan and make my nose run like hell also try rubbing your head before you get someone to feel it also to increase your temperature sit in front of the heater or in the sun the will defiantly increase ur body heat so try
warm self up in sun/heater, get a cold from AC or fan that is the best way to fake it
but if you really want to get sick try eating what your allergic to or if you really are desperate eat as much snot as possible, snot is formed from all the germs trying to get in your nose and eating germs is sure as hell not good for you!.
