Is it okay if i only exercise an hour tomorrow? i feel as if its the easy way ou!


Question: Is it okay if i only exercise an hour tomorrow!? i feel as if its the easy way out, like im lazy!?
i've started exercising, this is my second week!. my first 5 days i did 40 mins, from there i did 1!.5 hours to 2!.5 hours every day!. Since i've been doin this much exercise, will doing only one hour tomorrow be bad!?

ill probably change my mind and work out again to equal about 2 hours but im just curious!. im 5'11 232 pounds!. lost 8 pounds so far :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's best to give your muscles a rest!. Improper rest periods will tear your muscles further, thereby decreasing chances of improving fitness, and you'll just be in pain!. In addition, your immune system will be compromised, and you'll get sick all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Noooo!.!. not at all! You're doing good!
It's hard to get a lot of people to exercise for 15 minutes a day!
Just make sure you're not over eating! And what I mean by that is eat foods that are on the pyramid!. Not like okay for breakfast i'll have 3 cookies, a can of pop and a few nutty bars!.!. you get my drift!.
-But if you are getting exercise 2-3 times a week, at least!.!. you'll do fine!

One hour of cardoi twice a day is the upper limit!. No more than one hour at a time!.

HIIT is high intensity interval training, going hard and then easy, back and forth during an exercise!. For example, running for 3 minutes, then walking for three, then running for three, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What I do is exercise ever other day, if my muscles are even a bit sore after that i rest that day as well!. You need to give your muscles time to relax or else you'll end up breaking them down instead of building them!.

one hour tomorrow is good!. stick to HIIT workout and you wont have to workout for so long!. remember that diet is the biggest key otherwise you are wasting your time, good luck

2 hours is a long time!. I'm sure you would see results even if you only worked out one hour 5 times a week!. So no I don't think it would be bad, it would be good to give your body a little rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shouldn't do long periods of intese work outs everyday!. you need to give your body a break sometimes!. somedays you should take it easyWww@Answer-Health@Com
