Ok, first, Mariaa S, that's "lose weight", not "loose weight!." Daniel, if you want to lose weight without a lot of exercise, cut out ALL junk food, including alcohol, and don't eat anything three hours before you go to bed!. And get as much exercise as you have time for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can't expect to lose 20lbs in a few months by half assing your workouts and only trying a little bit, so no, there is no diet plan for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
