Question: How did i eat today!? =] !.!. ten points!.!?
i'm curious, how did i eat!? i know my lunch is bad but the school lunches are horrible, so will my bad lunch stop me from losing weight!? im trying to get to a good weight the healthy way, thanks for all your help! =]]


breakfast
2 eggs
2 clementines

lunch
cinnamon toast crunch cereal bar
100 calorie bag of popcorn

dinner
whole wheat sandwich with roast beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickle
a banana

snack
1 clementine
1 90 calorie special k bar


and another question!? i eat 2 eggs for breakfast everyday because it keeps me feeling full for a very long time!. so i was wondering is it bad that i eat them so often!? thanksss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Very healthy!. It's just that now, you'll need to also excercise to burn that off ( in other words, don't forget to excercise - eating healthy and not excercising doesn't work! )!.
I eat eggs a lot, too!.!.!.but I found that they make you really hungry after some time after eating the eggs!. You'll want to eat other stuff besides just protien!. Try different things from each food group!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats okay, but your body wont burn all of this , try walking 1/2 or 1 miles a day or lik 2 miles a week , someting to keep your body movingWww@Answer-Health@Com
