Can someone tell me how active I am?!
Question: Can someone tell me how active I am!?
My doctor told me I'm overweight and need to lose 35 more pounds before I'm at a good weight!. Which isn't too bad cause it used be I need to lose 90!. So I'm using losertown!.org to make a rough estimate of how many calories I should eat (I eat about I eat about 900-1100 calories a day right now) to keep losing weight but I have no idea of how active I am so I need help!.
Am I a couch potato, a light exerciser, or moderately active!?
I go to the gym 2-3x times a week 30 min cardio 30 min weights!.
I walk around my campus weekdays and sometime to school which is about 20min away
I have spinning 75min twice a week
And most days I have trouble sleeping so I also DDR 30-60min to burn some extra energy (lame I know but it works)

yes you are definitely moderately active
a couch potato is someone who does nothing obviously and a light exerciser is around 3-4 walking miles a day!. I had a good website for it but i dont remember the name now!.!.!. I do about 1 hour of intense weights per day (actually 2 every 2nd day) and that was classified as very active so you are most definitely moderately active or perhaps highly active dependant on how hard you push yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say you're a fairly active person!. I would be quite proud of myself if I were you, sticking to what seems to be a very light diet and keeping a fairly regular exercise routine is no small feat for anybody!. Just keep at it, and don't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just up your work out times and days!. Start running!. You have things down just keep at it :) you can do it!
