I need help with my workout routine?!

Question: I need help with my workout routine!?
Hey guys!. I used to be!.!.!. well, not "in shape" but I could hold my own, you know!?
Last year, though, some stuff happened in my life and I stopped working out, gained about 50 lbs, and lost most of the muscle I had!.
Now, my old routine wasn't impressive, it was actually kind of pitiful, but I can't even do that anymore!.
I'm now 17, weigh in at 275 lbs, and I'm 6'1"!.
My old routine was:
1!. Warm-up
2!. 250 reps (done in sets of 50 reps followed by a one-minute period to get a drink of water) of 50 lbs on the bench
3!. 100 curl-ups
4!. 100 push-ups
5!. 10-minute walk at a brisk pace with my dog
6!. Cool-Down

Now, I can barely do half of that!. It's kind of pathetic, because that routine was easy!.
I decided to start up again tonight, and topped out here:
1!.Warm up!.
2!. 150 reps (done in sets of 30 reps with a 45-second period to get a drink) of 50 lbs on the bench
3!. 50 curl-ups
4!. 50 push-ups
5!. 10 minute walk at a leisurely pace with my dog
6!. Cool Down!.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get back into shape!? Things to add to my routine are encouraged!.

And yes, I realize I'm terrible -!.-
I never tried to be extremely muscular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
the more muscle mass you have, the better your metabolism!.
so!.!.!.!.do higher weights and lower reps!.
say, max out at 10-12 reps with 3 sets on the bench, do 20mins of cardio (run/walk/ride/row) and separate the days for each muscle group!.
this works really well for me so it cant hurt to try it-
mondays - chest + tri's
wednesdays - back + bi's
fridays - shoulders + traps

then do some leg work and ab work slotted in there when you feel up to it

diet wise:
Try cutting out junk food/beers (i know, it's tough), and eating carbs early in the day!. Also, eat a hearty breakfast (oats is great) using water and honey, with fruit for natural vitamins and fibre, and for dinner have something light like a chicken salad or tuna/salmon salad!.
Remember too: a banana is equivalent to a whole meal!
It's really hard to target areas to lose weight, but if you just eat well and do 10-20 minutes of exercise even 2-3 times per week you will notice a dfference soon enough!

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
