How long would it take for me to lose weight in my thighs?!


Question: How long would it take for me to lose weight in my thighs!?
I'm not fat!. I'm 5 ''7'' and weigh 132 pounds!. i just want to lose weight in my thighs and stomach!. i want to know what exercise should i do and how long do u think it would take for me to lose around a total of 4 pounds in each leg!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, it is not possible to target specific fat zones!. When you burn fat, your body decides where to take the fat off, not you!. Personally, I would not suggest that you try to lose that much weight!. If you want to flatten your stomach, the best thing to do is do cardio for 20-40 mins 3-5x a week, and lift weights 3 nonconsecutive days a week!. Doing crunches, leg lifts, and other core exercises will help tighten your stomach!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
