Sure!. If you're serious about your diet keep a food journal that includes protein, carbs, calories ect!.!. intake!. I think you'll find that you get as much protein from your regular diet as non-vegetarian athletes!. Soy and tofu protein are readily available as a supplements and are comparable to animal proteins when it comes to amino acid balance!.
