I am a 6'2" 365lbs 23yr old guy and I am trying to lose weight. I need !

Question: I am a 6'2" 365lbs 23yr old guy and I am trying to lose weight!. I need HELP!!?
As I said I'm 6'2" and weigh 365lbs!. Last year around this time I moved away to college and decided to lose some weight (I weighed 370)!. When the school year ended, I was down to 332lbs!. Since I have moved back home in May, I now weigh 365lbs!. I am trying to lose weight but I keep gaining!. I have calculated how many calories it would take to get to 250 in about a year!. Since 3500 cal = 1 pound, I would eat about 1300 cal a day when not exercising and a little more when I do!. I want to exercise in the mornings every other day but when I wake up, I feel too tired!. I just don't stick to my diet!. If I did I know I could lose the weight!. I am gone most of the day at school!. I thought about joining a LA Fitness that I've seen not to far from school or getting a personal trainer for some motivation (which I'm lacking a lot)!. I thought about joining a MMA training place to get in shape!. If there is any advice anyone can give me it would be great!. (Things I should eat, times or places to exercise, low calorie foods, exercise equipment, etc)!. I am not trying to lose a 100lbs overnight!. I know it's hard work and a lifestyle change!. I figure losing about 3 pounds a week should do it (3x52=150+ pounds)!. Are my goals unrealistic!?

Please give as much info as you can thanks Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No your goals are correct!. I personally would hire a trainer to get you started in the right direction!. Once you get to a point where you are satisfied with the new knowledge you gained, then go it without a trainer!. Most trainers will give you pointers on nutrition involving what foods to eat!. If you run into a problem, you can always talk to a trainer again!. Good Luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com

treat your body like a bank account!.

the calories in has to be less than the calories out if you want to lose weight

eat 1000 cals a day and make sure you expend 1500 cals a day working out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay!. You are extremely obese (not to be rude!. just the medical term) i would consider gastric bypass if you don't think you could stick to diet and exercise!. This is serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try getting all the junk food out of your house then you ll be less likely to binge and buy one of those healthy recipe books most stuff in those books are quite tasty too !.drink your 2ltrs water a day and have at least 5 fruit or vegetables a day and dont eat after 7pm!.
make exercising fun take up a sport or get one of those pedometers and take a few extra steps a day even things like house cleaning hoovering can burn calories or other little things like walk somewhere instead of taking a car use walk up steps instead of of taking an elevator will help
