First pick a time of day that is gonna be your workout period!. Then you will start out well within your present capacity to do work by simply walking for a whole five minutes at a fast pace as you like!. That's all, just five minutes of walking!. NOW, every day add one minute!.!.!. that's all!. At the end of a month you can start doing a little easy running!.
