Anorexic people? skinny?!
Question: Anorexic people!? skinny!?
okay, if you exercise, you gain more weight but look more toned right!?
so I don't understand how anorexic people can starve themselves (should lose weight) then exercise (should gain weight) and still look extremely skinny in the long run!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order to gain muscle weight from exercising you have to eat enough for your body to build up muscle!. Anorexics don't eat enough for their body to function properly, let alone build muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need calories to build up the muscle!.
They aren't eating enough for that, their body is actually already probably eating up their muscles just to function, when you dont' get enough food your body needs energy from somewhere so it eats itself basically!. So when they exercise they just burn off more muscle/fat/whatever tissues they have left depending on how thin they are!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise doesn't cause weight gain, it's 100% diet, if you eat more than you burn, you gain weight (weights only dictate how much is muscle and how much is fat)!. cardio cause you to expend calories/lose weight
they basically starve, lose a bunch of weight, then exercise to lose more, which = visible ribsWww@Answer-Health@Com

My guess would be that the anorexic people are doing a lot of cardio and not so much in the way of muscle building!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
