i wanna loose like 20-35 pounds but i walk around tha block n exercise but its not working!. n im only 15, can n e one help me by giving me sum tips or any thing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Consume less a calories a day!. Make sure you have 3 meals a day but smaller portions and have healthy snacks in between to when you have your meals you dont overeat!. You can't 'just' walk!.!.!. Eat healthy but don't go on any crazy diets- just cut back on fats and sugars and eat more natural things!.
You should go to your doctor because working out and eating healthy does no good at all if you have thyroid disease!.
Start running and challenging yourself more!.
i KNEW people would say don't eat meats and don't eat carbs!.
you HAVE to have carbs or you won't have the energy to workout- & you definitley have to eat lots of protein!!!!

Yeah, run around the block!. Multiple times!. Exercise at least 4 times a week, but not more than an hour each day!.
