Question: What would you do if these were your only options for exercise!?
Working out in the morning would require you to get up at 5:30 am because you would have to work too!.
If you wait until after work, you wouldn't be able to do it until around 7:30!. By the time you are done showering, maybe having a bit of dinner, you are pushing almost 9:00 pm which by then it's almost bed time!.

I personally would do it at night, because first of all I am a night person and I usually stay up till like 11:30pm!. Also when you do it at night, you burn all the calories you have recieved for the day!. Where if you did it in the morning, you wouldn't burn as many, plus in the morning, some days you don't sleep well, so you might not even exercise!. Hope I helped ^^Www@Answer-Health@Com
i would do it in the morning b/c when i exercise it gives me energy!. it's really up to you and if you are a morning person and also wouldn't you rather have the afternoon to relax!? i would!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
