Question: Is this a balanced diet!?
I'm on a diet and this is what I ate today:
Breakfast:
1 Cup Cheerios
4oz!. Skim Milk
Lunch:
8" Sub (Turkey, Lettuce, Cucumber, Whole Wheat Bread)
8oz!. Skim Milk
Dinner:
Bowl of Progresso Southern Vegetable Soup (Weight Watchers Recommended, 0 Points per Serving)
Apple
Salad w/ Fat Free Caesar Dressing
Dessert:
1 Cup Pineapple
No Snacks
All was eaten before 7:00 p!.m!. to ensure time for burning it off naturally!.
Is this healthy both nutritionwise and too much/too littlewise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think this sounds great, just make sure that you are eating more fiber and more green leafy veggies!. Your dinner is a little light!.!.!.Definitely add some more protein into your diet!.!.!.Peanut butter is a great source of protein!. Also remember!.!.!.!.you can eat alot of little meals throughout the day!.!.!.add more snacks into your diet!.!.!.just make sure they are healthy snacks like fruits!. <|Make sure you are dding tons of water to your diet!.!.!.Good Luck!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
