I need help getting rid of it!. I drink tons of water, i hate soda!. No candy!.I also exercise 6 days a week!. HIIT[ Cardio] and Weight training!.What else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only thing it could be is that your diet isn't healthy enough!. how many calories are you eating!? no enriched flour, processed foods, sugary stuff and all of that!. you will also have to increase your cardio to lose the belly fat!.!.along with crunches to tone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
