Question: Im 13, 5'8 and weigh 165!.!.!.!.!.!.!.what should I do!?
I am obviously 13, 5 foot 8 and weigh 165!. I feel so big! My mom swears I am not fat or anything, but I think she just says that to make me feel good!. I have no idea what to do! Someone help me!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ehhh!. well your BMI is 25!.1!. Which means you're in the overweight category!. But, you're on the veryyy tip!. So, i can suggest that( if you want to lose weight) to begin by taking of 500 calories of your meals everyday!. NO MORE THAN 500!. If you do anymore, you can be at risk for anorexia!. But, since I don't know how you look, I can't have much of an opinion!. Being tall really stretches out how your weight looks!. So, start working out, eating less (and healthy!! don't forget your daily nutrition and vitamins) and good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 5'5 265lbs I have to have bypass surgery in Dec!.!.!.!.!.it could be worse! You're just fine I'd say just keep doing what your doing or maybe exercise a little bit more then you do!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
