Question: Is this a healthy 3 day meal plan to help me lose weight, if not why not!?
I will be eating like this for a few months and I know I won't get bored :)
DAY1
Breakfast - Bran flakes with semi-skimmed milk and a glass of pure orange juice!.
Lunch - salad pot -cucumber, boiled egg, lettuce, little bit of coleslaw and a motza with fresh ham (sort of large cracker)
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Just over half a tin of beans with 2 pieces of wholemeal toast
DAY 2
Breakfast - Rice krispies with semi-skimmed milk and an orange
Lunch- Wholemeal sandwich with ham and tomato in tiny bit of butter on one side and a little bit of reduced fat mayonnaise on the other!.
Dinner - 2 small grilled plain fish fillets with a jacket potato and some greens!.
Snack - Apple
DAY 3
Breakfast - Bran flaskes and semi-skimmed milk with an apple
Lunch - Tomato and ham wholemeal sandwich!.
Snack - Orange
Dinner - Wholemeal pasta with fresh tomato mushroom and onion sauce!.
I will only be drinking water unless otherwize stated!.

Ya that is very healthy but you shuld restrict yourself to just that vary it a bit avocados bananas zuccinis are also excellent!. Also a bit more fresh veg because it is vital good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
