I'm the exact same height, and although it varies because of your frame build (small, medium, or large boned by nature), if you are petite as well as short, a healthy weight range is anywhere from 98-115 lbs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
100lb-130lb!. Sorry that some people think being 5ft1 means you have to be no more than 105lb LOL!. I'm 5ft2, 125lb and perfectly healthy!.
