Talk to your dad while you have you tea tell him what is going
on explain to him about how you feel about your weight He
will listen And ask him for HELP !. He will only to glad to help
you but most of all you will make him feel very special when
you confide in him believe me I know this when my daughter
first confided in me!.

F*CKING EAT you have 2 eat that is the beast way 2 loose waite! if you eat your breakfast you wont be as hungery all day!. there is this chines saying eat all of your breakfast share you lunch with a friend and dont eat your dinner at all (eat most of your lunch and most of your dinner) ;]Www@Answer-Health@Com
