walk out a half hour to an hour a day doing cardio first then some small lifting or exercise!. Stay away from dairy and sugar!. Stick to vegetables and proteins like eggs!. My trainer can tell my looking at my skin if i drank too much milk and not enough protein!. its crazy!. small meals throughout the day and exercise will do it for you!. drink water but don't over drink it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm afraid not, although cutting down on dairy, sugar and wheat based products, as well as drinking at least two litres of water everyday, will give you a flatter stomach almost overnight!.

You could try running for thirty minutes in the mornings, and do 2 sets of 50 sit ups, crunches etc in the evening; but I doubt you will see much overall difference in less than a week!.
