Answers:
What you are currently drinking is fine!. To te person who said green tea is bad for you, green tea is actually healthy and not processed, and a good way to speed up metabolism!.

Most drinks sold in stores aren't good for you, almost all of them being highly processed!. If a beverage is 0 calories that doesn't make it healthy, you have to look at the ingredients!. Flavored water isn't healthy for just that reason!.

What should you drink more of!? Water!. Firstly, it's not 8 cups per day recommended for people, it depends on your body type, activity level, etc!. Some person decided to say 8 cups is best for everyone though!.Bodybuilders can, and probably should, have more though, to keep hydrated and get a more full look in your muscles!.

Many bodybuilders and athletes consume up to 1 gallon or more!. I try to have 16 cups of water per day if I can!. The amount of milk and tea is fine though!. If water gets dull, 100% fruit juice is fine in moderation, it has natural sugar, but too much sugar isn't good for you, natural or artificial!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

youre already way over the needed amnt of water for avg people, so you only need to keep drinking to make sure you don't get dehydrated (whenever you're throat is dry)!. like 18 c of liquid plus what you get from food is enough, just dont get days where like you forget to drink (happens to me so much cause I don't really get dehyrated), I'm pretty sure it takes way more than that to get hurt tbh, as long as youre in the bathroom alot, youre fineWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your body is approximately 60 to 70 percent water!. Water is needed to regulate your body temperature, transports oxygen to all of your cells, and helps remove waste!. It keeps our skin, nails, and hair healthy!. It helps muscle tone and reduces fat deposits!. It also assists in weight loss!. It naturally suppresses your appetite and helps your body to metabolize your stored fat!. Dehydration is also one of the most common causes of fatigue during the day!.

Hope this helps provide a solution to your question!.

If you are thirsty drink water, drink a glass of milk a day, a glass of orange juice a day!. Tea is no good, too much sugar and caffeine!. Maybe one in a while!.

Just drink lots of water!. I don't think you are drinking too much!. The body requires fluids, especially water, to replenish itself!. It's a requirement of life! :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

milk is one of those drinks that don't keep you hydrated!. keep up with water, fruit flavored water(at 0 calories), gatorade,or squeeze lemon into water!. drink beverage with meal, you fill need of food and beverage at the same time!. to tell you're thirsty, you will have to a dry mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the milk is not a very hydrating fluid!. I usually drink about 9 glasses of water at room temperature with a splash of lemon or lime!. I also drink plenty of smart water!. just me though!. huh!.lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

No dairy products if you're trying to lose weight!. Drink water, I don't even recommend Gatorade because it's loaded with sugar which makes you more thirsty!.

If you still get "really thirsty" after all that, you might want to get tested for diabetes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
