Run/Skip everyday of the week or do I need to rest?!


Question: Run/Skip everyday of the week or do I need to rest!?
If you think i need rest on some days could you please show me on what does i should skip and what days i shound run!. THanks!

Mon: Skip
Tues: Run
Wed: Skip
Thurs: Run
Fri: Skip
Sat: Run

Answers:
You should have at most only 2 rest days a week and 5 or more workout days!. Even on your rest days you should still do SOMETHING like stretching!. Here's what I suggest:

Mon: Workout
Tues: Rest
Wed: Workout
Thurs: Workout
Fri: Workout
Sat: Rest
Sun: Workout

WELL YOUR SCHEDULE IS GREAT BUT AT LEAST AFTER SKIPPING AND RUNNING I THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE 10-20 MIN!. OF REST!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
