Question: I've heard skipping is bad for your knees!?
If so, should i start running instead!? Also!.!. if I started running, should i do this every morning or every 2nd morning!?

total nonsense!. That's just stupidity or a lazy person's excuse!. It's could be bad for your knees if you are overweight or obese!. If you're average weight or a little over weight it is totally fine as long as you use common sense like not to over do it!. Start out like 15-30 min and once that's easy up to an 1hr with breaks in between!. Also try doing it over dirt ground then over concrete to reduce impact when you land and also use wear good workout shoes!. I would alternate between running and shipping each and every other day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
