Question: Is this a good diet planner!?
im 12 , 5'4 , and weigh 115 pounds!. im even fatter than i look!. i have a humongous tummy and very chubby cheeks, even my mom says so!. so i made a diet planner that i will follow starting tomorrow, do you think its good!?
No cookies, ice cream, candy, Mcdonalds, cake, cup cakes, coke, vitamin d milk, starbucks, chocolate, chips!.
75 jumpropes a day
1 (4 mph) mile per day on tread mill ( add half a mile every 3 weeks)
30 minute bike riding
eat salad ( no dressing), vegetables, fruits, grains
fast food:
subway vegedelite 6 inch once a week !.

It sounds like you've done some research and are well on your way to a healthier lifestyle! I may follow your suggestions myself!
For my metabolism, I do well without many carbohydrates, lots of fresh vegetables, and I treat myself to a medium scoop of ice cream once a week!. I've found it helps me stay on track (working hard) all week ~ we burn off the sugars quicker than the fats, so I limit those too!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your not fat!. The "chubby" areas you describe are probably baby fat which will melt away with time!. It's great to start thinking about ways to improve your health and cut out the junk!. Your plan is great!
Allow yourself a day to cheat otherwise it will be very hard to stick to the plan!.
No dressing on a salad is easier said than done!. Select a balsamic vinaigrette or a light dressing!. Order it on the side and dip your fork in it then grab the salad to keep the dressing to a minimum!.
Make sure to drink LOTS of water!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
