Question: Is it ok to exercise if you're slightly hungover!?
I had a few beers last night and I'm a bit hungover today!. Not much, though!. I just feel like I got "drunk" sleep and not restorative sleep!. Will working out be ok or will it make me feel worse!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you are already dehydrated,so yes it could make you feel worse!.Try stretching!.Something that wont make you sweat so much!.Drink lots of fluids!Www@Answer-Health@Com
