but I don't know anyone that's done it, although I suspect a friend of mine did!. She admits going to the acupuncturist but not for that!. She has lost weight!. I'd be curious if anyone answers here who has tried it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The pattern for losing weight is easy - consume less and exercise more - the issues arise when we actually try to put that into practice! There are a lot of opportunities to fail in the real world aren't there!?!
