How do I lose weight??!


Question: How do I lose weight!?!?
im about 5'7!. and 205lbs!.
and im a junior in highschool!.

Id like to lose about 40-50 lbs or so!. Or lose alot of fat and replace it with muscle!.

How can i do this!?!?!?

The best way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more often, the problems arise when we really attempt to put that into operation! If you can't manage working out and dieting at the same time, you'll be interested to know that muscle burns calories even when your body is at rest!. Since exercise helps you lose weight anyway, I'd try that first!. Of course, combining the two will help you lose weight faster!.

I have a friend that lost 65lbs in a year by riding a stationary bike for 30 minutes every day, drinking only water (sometimes cheated, but not often), quitting drinking (he drank beer every day so this was a lot of the weight, most likely), and avoiding foods that were obviously fattening!.
Cardio, weight training, and normal healthy diet is what you need!. The hardest part is motivating yourself!. Good luck!

I don't know anything about the effectiveness of the thermogenic cocktail posted above, but can tell you that it is very unhealthy!. And I thought Ephedra was illegal!.!.!.Was that a cruel joke!?
I took a product with Ephedra in it and almost passed out when I started exercise!. My heart was beating hard and rapidly, I had tunnel vision, I got very nauseous and jittery, I had black spots in my vision, and was, of course, very light-headed!. Oh, and had heart palpitations!. I was very concerned that I might need to go the hospital, but it wore off in a few hours!. All of this was with taking half of the recommended amount!. I can't remember the name, but they were a popular energy pill that I got from GNC in 2000 or 2001!. They were recommended for intense exercise and weight training!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you consume!. There is a TON of info in this category on weightloss because "how do I lose weight" gets asked here many times a day, and few ever research before posting to see if the question has been asked and answered!. Eat less and eat more healthy foods!. Avoid trans fats and high fructose corn syrup!. Exercise daily, alternate between cardio and strength training!. Aim to lose 1 or 2lbs per week and no more!. Eat more white meats and less red meats, if possible stick to a vegetarian diet a few days a week!. Drink lots and lots of water daily!.
