I'm sure you've heard it more than a lot, but what helps me is exercise!. With a routine of exercise, you will handle stress differently, and even if you overeat, you will burn it away!.
And this is coming from one of the laziest, most food obsessed people! So if I can do it, anyone can! I'm telling you, this is the first thing I've ever done to reduce my stress and regulate my sometimes overeating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It happens with many people!. When we are worried or stressed we try to get diverted by eating junk food!.
Instead of that it is a better solution to find out the way to come out of the stress!. Get busy with some constructive activities and physical exercises !.It would improve the blood circulation as well as burn the calories!.It helps to get diverted from the monotony!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
