The only scientifically possible way you can get "stronger" is if you increase muscle mass!. Muscle weighs more then fat because it's denser but takes up less space!. So, as you "trim down" and get stronger your burning fat and gaining muscle!. You'll actually gain weight and get slimmer!.

For example, a man 5 feet 8 inch tall weighing 180 lbs with 12% body fat will have a waist size of 34" - while a man 5 feet 8 inch tall weighting 180 lbs with 20% body fat will have a waist size of 37"!.

"Fat" takes up more space!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The website ANU gave is a load of crap, put the same thing on my page!. Anyway, the only thing I can think of is that you are gaining lean muscle mass!. You don't have to increase your caloric intake in order to gain muscle, your body just just uses what you eat more efficiently!. As a result your slimming down and getting stronger while staying the same weight!. At this rate you will reach a plateau, unless you do eat more to start gaining muscle, but until then shoot for that plateau!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably gaining muscle, it weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
