Im so skinny i think i need more weight~ but even if i eat a lot i mean mostly im eating junk foods still im not gaining weight~ is it possible to gain weight in a couple of days!? or weeks!? or months!? how long!? please help~Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a doctor!. If you have already tryed everything than thats the last thing you can do!. They will prescribe you cyproheptadine!. You can gain weight real fast on it and its just an anti histamine like benadryl but the
main side effect it has is that it makes a person real hungry without burning fat/metabolism so you will eat all day long and gain however much you need in a few weeks!. But keep in mind that when you gain weight, some of it will go to your face, theres no way to gain weight on just the body, so keep that in mind!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Seriously!.!.!.if you eat fried chicken and ice cream and/or milkshakes every day you will pack on the pounds no matter how skinny you are!. If you do this while also consuming large quantities of protein and lifting weights you will bulk up pretty quickly as well!. My husband was pretty skinny in his teens and early twenties until he did this!. Today he typically weights between 195 - 200, and is between 6' 1" to 6' 2" tall!. All muscle, no fat! It's a bit more complicated for females!. However the same diet can apply!. You just might have to research other trigger foods, and be careful about exercise habits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Shame that a lot of ppl here suggest that you consume JUNK food!.

What you really should be doing is to eat more frequently throughout the day!. You should eat either 4-6 smaller meals or 3 meals and 3 snacks throughout the day!.

You need to eat plenty of complex carbs, protein and fats!. You need to eat brown rice, grained bread, full cream milk, reduced salt cheese, lite cottage cheese, tuna in vegetable oil or brine, lean meats, chicken, fresh fish, potatoes, rolled oats, and plenty of fruits and vegetables!. Don't worry about the calories, just make sure you get plenty to eat and remember that variety in food will allow you to eat more!.

My step dad had this problem!. Find a health food store, and ask them!. They will give you a meal replacement shake that drink between meals to help your body gain weight!.
If your not interested in that, and you don't want to ruin your body with junk, eat things like meat and potatoes and bread!. Also, adding things like butter and sour cream to your potatoes add calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating junk food is terrible for you no matter what you weigh, If you cant gain weight and or lose more Weight see your doctor this can mean your sick, even diabetes!. I am the same way I was skinny, only way I could gain weight is by going to the gym and doing Resistance traning(weight training)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating ice cream before bed works well for me!. Eat the following foods after 7 pm: Pizza, pasta, cheese, peanut butter, bread, nuts, butter, cookies, cake, donuts, fast food!. If this doesn't work for you then you are one of those fortunate people that can't gain weight!. A lot of people tell me regular coca cola makes them gain too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would be much healthier to gain muscle mass instead of fat!. To do this you could begin a strength training program using weights!. A fitness trainer could help you or you could find a program online!. Are you too skinny for your age and height!?
