Yes dancing is great for you whether it's by yourself or with friends if you can dance a few hours a day it's good to keep you trim and great for your heart!. Through some swimming in the mix and who will have a great plan for keeping yourself in good shape!. And dancing and swimming are two of the greatest things fun things to do neithter seem like work!.

yeah i was on a dance team in high school and ever since graduating i am out of shape lol and also cleaning and sex are good for burning callories if you didnt know that one (i'm not saying go and have sex to loose weight it's just another weird thing that we do to burn callories without knowing)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Oh yeah! It's good cardio and it burns calories! Plus it's a fun way to exercise without even feeling like you're exercising!.
I run everyday and i HATE it!. The only thing I can even think about when I run is OMG!!! But when I dance, I dont' even think about anything but fun! Time flies and by the time you're done, wahlah! you've burned your calories for the day :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
