How many calories are you supposed to consume to lose weight?!


Question: How many calories are you supposed to consume to lose weight!?
i noticed that if i eat under 1000 cals i won't lose weight i'll maintain!. but yesterday i ate a little over 1000 cals and i lose weight!. can someone explain why!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

To answer your second question, day to day, you weight will fluctuate depending on how much sodium you ate the day before, how much roughage, your menstrual cycle if female, and other factors!. Track your weight weekly, weighing yourself the same day, time, in the same clothes, having consumed the same thing before weighing in each week!.

I lost 35 lbs last year in 4 months, it was a high protein, low fat diet!. The doctor said keep fat grams to 35 or less per day, carbs at 50 or less per day and all the protein you want, it takes longer to digest so you stay fuller longer, I never counted calories but then too not all diets work for everyone!. You need to also burn more calories that you take in! You can take in 3000 calories, but if you're burning 5000 a day!.!.!.then you'll lose weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com
