I tried Slim Fast years ago and found that it actually stimulated my appetite and diet sodas do the same thing!. Hello yoplait, My honest opinion is that slim fast does not work!. It is marketed to people as a quick fix for those to lazy to work for weight loss!. Not only that, there isn't too much in slim fast thats healthy!. Its filled with a lot of harmful ingredients that are worse than a candy bar!. for the full report on things of this nature and truths about exercise and losing weight, I would suggest you check out the site below!. I would just stick to a healthy, doctor recommended diet!. Slim Fast could work, but if you're not exercising as well and don't work to keep the weight off after you lose it you might end up weighing more than you did before!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
